 The 'Thrall Barn', is located south of Ellensburg Washington on the old canyon road towards Yakima. The hills in the background are called the 'South Hills' by longtime local residents. While my husband was fishing the Yakima River I took the truck and went exploring the area for barns. This is the one I found tucked away off the main road on a little back road out in the middle of nowhere. It is wonderful! Spring was in the air and not too far up around the bend was a pond with a pair of swans enjoying the crisp early spring sunshine.
